Goedenmorgen.

Verder draai je beide AVG en AdAware op de achtergrond. Terwijl beiden compatibel met mekaar zijn, is het wel geweten dat beide ook wel veel van je cpu vergt, dus het systeem zowiezo vertragen. In jouw geval heb je ze allebei actief staan, dus ik zou aanraden om AVG te behouden en Lavasoft Ad-Aware te deïnstalleren. Ad-Aware is tenslotte niet meer wat het geweest is en is hier niet echt een aanvulling op je beveiliging. hallo
hijack werkt niet meer. ik kan geen log meer safen in kladblok. en als ik een vinkje zet ,dan werkt het niet. kan ik hijack verwijderen en een nieuwe downloaden? voor windows 7? |

Heb je Adaware kunnen verwijderen via programma's > wijzigen/verwijderen? Daarna moet je de pc opnieuw opstarten. Advanced System care 3 van bedrijf IObit <== klopt, dit is van hen. Ik raad trouwens alle software van Iobit af aangezien ze aan dubieuze praktijken doen. Wat betreft HijackThis, om een nieuwe log te maken, moet je rechtsklikken op HijackThis.exe (staat in deze map: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\HiJackThis\HiJackThis.exe) en kiezen om uit te voeren als administrator. Op die manier wordt een correcte log weergegeven (anders wordt deze niet overschreven door een nieuwe). Ga naar start > configuratiescherm > Programma's verwijderen Een lijst met je geïnstalleerde programma's zal verschijnen. Deïnstalleer de volgende programma's: Ad-Aware Advanced System Protector DealPly Facemoods Toolbar TuneUp Utilities 2013 Vuze Remote Toolbar (dus, selecteren en kiezen voor verwijderen). Herstart je pc na het deïnstalleren van deze programma's. Na herstart, verifieer of deze programma's nog in die lijst staan. Ja; van de Vuze Toolbar had ik dat al gedacht aangezien die zowiezo niet meer in je HijackThis log te zien was - dus werd hoogstwaarschijnlijk al eerder verwijderd door een scanner.

Aangezien het probleem opgelost is, wordt deze thread verplaatst naar het "Opgeloste/Inactieve HijackThislogs" forum, waar je niet meer kan posten, enkel lezen.
Indien je terug problemen ondervindt in de eerstvolgende dagen, gelieve een PM te sturen naar één van de Moderators of Administrators om deze thread terug te zetten zodat je verder kan geholpen worden. Bij problemen die opduiken na enkele weken is het beter om een nieuwe thread te starten met een nieuwe log. Indien er problemen zijn die niks met malware te maken hebben, gelieve een nieuwe thread te starten in het juist forumonderdeel.
