Mijn laptop is sinds kort nogal traag en er worden virussen via msn verstuurd zonder mijn weten. Kunnen jullie mij alstublieft helpen ?

Hoi,

* Download MBAM (Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware) via hier of hier.

Dubbelklik op mbam-setup.exe om het programma te installeren.
• Zorg ervoor dat er een vinkje geplaatst is voor Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware en Start Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Klik daarna op "Voltooien".
• Indien een update gevonden werd, zal die gedownload en geïnstalleerd worden.
• Indien je MalwareBytes al eerder hebt gebruikt, klik de update tab om die eerst te laten updaten. - Belangrijke stap!
• Wanneer het programma volledig up to date is, selecteer dan in het tabblad Scanner : "Snelle Scan", daarna klik op Scan.
• Het scannen kan een tijdje duren, dus wees geduldig.
• Wanneer de scan voltooid is, klik op OK, daarna "Bekijk Resultaten" om de resultaten te zien.
• Zorg ervoor dat daar alles aangevinkt is, daarna klik op: Verwijder geselecteerde.
• Na het verwijderen zal een log openen en zal er gevraagd worden om de computer opnieuw op te starten. (Zie verder)
• De log wordt automatisch bewaard door MBAM en kan je terugvinden door op de "Logs" tab te klikken in MBAM.
• Kopieer en plak de inhoud van het logje in je volgend antwoord, samen met een nieuw HijackThis log.
  
Indien MBAM moeilijkheden heeft met het verwijderen van bepaalde bestanden zal het enkele meldingen geven waar je OK moet klikken.
Daarna zal het vragen om de Computer opnieuw op te starten... dus sta toe dat MBAM de computer opnieuw opstart.

Maar ik denk niet dat je met een "virus" zit hoor. Het verspreiden van malware via een hotmail/msn adres komt in de meeste gevallen omdat je msn paswoord achterhaald werd (brute force attack of via een spoof).
Dus, ik raad hier aan om je msn paswoord te wijzigen + ook je geheime vraag te wijzigen.

Jammer dat je geen reactie meer hebt gegeven op deze thread..., daarom wordt deze thread verplaatst naar het "Opgeloste/Inactieve HijackThislogs" forum, waar je niet meer kan posten, enkel lezen.

Indien je terug problemen ondervindt in de eerstvolgende dagen, gelieve een PM te sturen naar één van de Moderators of Administrators om deze thread terug te zetten zodat je verder kan geholpen worden.

Bij problemen die opduiken na enkele weken is het beter om een nieuwe thread te starten met een nieuwe log.
Indien er problemen zijn die niks met malware te maken hebben, gelieve een nieuwe thread te starten in het juist forumonderdeel.
