Laptop is erg traag en programmas reageren niet

Mijn laptop is nu bijna 2 jaar oud en is sinds een aantal weken heel erg traag.

Opstarten van Win7 duurt bijna 30 minuten en programma's reageren niet.

Ik heb mij computer helemaal gescanned met de laatste versie van AVAST maar hier was niets te vinden. Ik heb Ccleaner en Defraggler gebruikt maar hij wordt nauwelijks sneller.

Ik heb malwarebytes (in veilige modus) laten draaien hier bij het logje:

Ik heb gisterenavond geprobeerd om Hijackthis the installeren maar zodra ik de laptop opstart loopt ie vast. De icoontjes op het bureaublad worden niet allemaal geladen en als ik iets (Hijackthis) wil installeren dan gebeurt er niets. iemand een idee wat dit kan zijn?

Dit klinkt hier helemaal niet goed.
Lukt het om je Windows in veilige mode op te starten en HijackThis daar te draaien?

Beter is dat ik een DDS log krijg:

* Download DDS en bewaar het op je bureaublad.
Schakel programma's uit die scripts blokkeren, zoals je Antivirus
Dubbelklik dds.scr om de tool te starten.
Daarna zal DDS.txt openen.
Klik Yes voor de Optional Scan. Dit zal het bestand Attach.txt maken.
Kopieer en plak beide logs in je volgende post Het is beter om hiervoor twee posts te maken aangezien beide logs niet in één post zullen passen.

Dit zal je uiteraard ook in veilige mode moeten uitvoeren aangezien normale mode haast onmogelijk is....

Kan je me ook even vertellen sinds wanneer dit probleem gestart is?

Start de PC vlot op in veilige mode en werkt het vlot in veilige mode? Of gaat dit ook énorm traag.

Hoi,

Als je al een paar maanden hiervan last hebt en alles goed draait in veilige mode, dan komt dit vaak door een conflict tussen software die in normale mode wordt opgestart. In vele gevallen is een Antivirus de oorzaak.
Dus, om daarom moeten we eerst potentiele oorzaken verwijderen vooraleer we de exacte oorzaak kunnen vinden.

Avast staat er ook nog maar een paar maanden op, aan je log te zien.. en je zegt dat de problemen enkele maanden geleden zijn gestart.

Ik zie dat je Avast zowiezo ook niet correct geladen wordt, dus daarom dat ik aanraad om deze te deïnstalleren via software > programma's wijzigen/Verwijderen.

Herstart je PC daarna en laat me weten of je PC al beter werkt.

het probleem deed zich al voor voordat ik Avast geïnstalleerd had. Ik heb nu Avast verwijdert en hij start iets sneller op maar nog niet super. Ik had hiervoor AVG. Ik heb gisteren een controle van de harde schijf uitgevoerd en die gaf wel aan dat er wat problemen waren met de schijf. Kan dat het probleem zijn?

Ja, problemen met de schijf kunnen idd veel problemen veroorzaken.
Ik raad je trouwens eerst ook aan om MyWinlocker te deïnstalleren, want ik heb al vaak gezien dat deze verantwoordelijk is voor crashes en corruptie met als gevolg schijfproblemen (read & write)

MyWinLocker komt voorgeïnstalleerd op de meeste Acer pcs en er worden veel problemen gerapporteerd op Win7 64bit waardoor alles gaat crashen na het opstarten van de PC.
Ik raad wel aan om MyWinLocker in veilige mode te deïnstalleren, want normale mode geeft vaak problemen bij het deïnstalleren van deze.

Herstart daarna terug je pc en laat me weten hoe het daarna werkt.

Pas NADAT MyWinlocker verwijderd is, raad ik je aan om een nieuwe schijfcontrole uit te voeren en de fouten te laten herstellen.

Op de site van microsoft stond dat ik in opdrachtprompt sfc /scannow moest uitvoeren en die gaf aan dat er fouten geconstateerd zijn die niet gerepareerd kunnen worden. Heb jij een idee wat er mis kan zijn?

Heb je MyWinlocker ook verwijderd?
Zo te zien (uit je vorige post) zijn er systeembestanden ook corrupt geraakt die niet kunnen gerepareerd worden.
Ik vrees dat het misschien tijd is om een backup te nemen van je bestanden die je niet kwijt wil en je Windows opnieuw installeert.
Bij Acer zou je normaal gezien een recovery disk moeten gekregen hebben.

Wat ik wel aanraad, na het opnieuw installeren met de Recovery disk, zal die MyWinlocker er terug opstaan. Als eerste stap, verwijder deze opnieuw, want anders heb je binnen de kortste keren gegarandeerd weer dezelfde problemen.

Met de Recovery CD van Acer weet ik helaas niet of het ook een repair install kan doen ipv alles terug naar de fabrieksinstellingen plaatsen - dat zal je even moeten nagaan in de info die je bij deze CD hebt gekregen.

Als je sfc /scannow hebt hebt uitgevoerd en Windows geeft een mededeling dat de fouten niet kunnen hersteld worden , is het beste om een Backup te maken van je belangrijke gegevens en de harde schijf te vervangen . De harde schijf is aan het begeven.

Als het om dezelfde windows7 versie gaat , zou dat normaal geen probleem mogen geven, maar je zal wel de produktcode moeten gebruiken die onderaan op je laptop gekleefd zit.

Bij problemen die opduiken na enkele weken is het beter om een nieuwe thread te starten met een nieuwe log.
