Sinds enkele dagen valt mijn internet na enkele minuten dat mijn laptop is opgestart, uit. Hij reageert ook soms heel traag. Malwarebytes heeft niks gevonden. Ik heb ook al mijn schijf gedefragmenteerd en de schijf opgeruimd.
Weten jullie soms waaraan het kan liggen ?

Wanneer je connectie uitvalt na het opstarten van de pc, wordt dit automatisch terug hersteld en krijg je daarna terug connectie?
Hoe wordt er connectie met het internet gemaakt via deze computer? Draadloos? Via ethernet kabel?
Ik zie ook enkele referenties in je log naar "Mobistar Internet Everywhere", dus het is me hier niet helemaal duidelijk of je dit probleem hebt wanneer je gebruik maakt via Mobistar Internet Everywhere connectie (via de bijgeleverde modem usb) of via je gewone Internet provider (standaard modem).
Connectie problemen kunnen ook onstaan wanneer er verschillende "connectie apparaten" tegelijkertijd staan ingeschakeld.

In ieder geval zie ik niks vreemds in je log.

Ja inderdaad, hij herstelt zich automatisch. Soms valt hij dan nog een 2de keer uit, maar daarna herstelt hij zich terug. Er wordt draadloos verbinding gemaakt met internet.
Als ik op probleem oplossen klik, dan verschijnt er ofwel niets ofwel is er een probleem met "windows wireless service" (denk ik). Maar zelfs vooraleer ik soms op "probleem oplossen" duw dan is hij al terug hersteld.
Ik weet niet of ik het probleem zou hebben als ik gebruik maak van "Mobistar Internet Everywhere". Ik maak meestal gebruik van mijn thuisnetwerk en dan verbindt hij normaal gezien automatisch, nu valt hij dus uit sinds enkele dagen.
Ik maak geen gebruik van Mobistar als ik connectie kan maken met een beschikbaar netwerk. Dus daaraan zou het niet kunnen liggen dan, veronderstel ik.

Ok, aangezien het via draadloos gebeurd en zich terug vanzelf hersteld heeft het waarschijnlijk te maken met het kanaal die verstoord wordt. Dat kan komen door andere apparaten die op hetzelfde kanaal ook uitzenden. Dat kunnen we nadien nader bekijken - eerst wil ik andere oorzaken uitsluiten.
Kan je even testen of je hetzelfde probleem hebt wanneer je connectie maakt rechtstreeks via je ethernetkabel - dus niet draadloos, maar via LAN?
Normaal gezien zou dit probleem dan niet aanwezig moeten zijn.

Alsook, maak je gebruik van een router ertussen? Indien wel, welke router is dit? (merk)

Oja, voer ook even het volgende uit:

* Download DDS en bewaar het op je bureaublad.
Schakel programma's uit die scripts blokkeren, zoals je Antivirus
Dubbelklik dds.scr om de tool te starten.
Daarna zal DDS.txt openen.
Klik Yes voor de Optional Scan. Dit zal het bestand Attach.txt maken.
Kopieer en plak beide logs in je volgende post Het is beter om hiervoor twee posts te maken aangezien beide logs niet in één post zullen passen.

Zo kan ik zien welke veranderingen er onlangs op je systeem waren - aangezien dit probleem is ontstaan sinds enkele dagen.

De link werkt bij mij niet, kan dat ?

Ik maak gebruik van een router, thuis is dat één van telenet maar ik kan op dit moment geen verdere specificaties daarover geven. Met de kabel kan ik momenteel ook even geen verbinding maken aangezien ik er hier geen heb. Zal dit zo snel mogelijk proberen te laten weten samen met het merk van de router.

Op dit moment werk ik op een Linksys router WAG200G.

De computer met dit probleem... is dit momenteel de computer die je nu gebruikt?
Alsook, zoals ik hier tussen de regels door lees, ben je momenteel niet thuis? Heb je dit probleem ook op andere locaties dan thuis? Of is het enkel wanneer je op een bepaalde locatie bent?
Dit is namelijk belangrijk om te weten aangezien verbindingen op andere locaties verschillend zijn (andere draadloze netwerken worden gebruikt, andere adapters...)

Ik ben inderdaad niet thuis en werk nu inderdaad op de computer met het probleem. Heb dit probleem al op 3 locaties gehad. Op alle 3 locaties wordt er gebruik gemaakt van een router. Het probleem doet zich dan op dezelfde manier voor.

Normaal gezien zou mijn antivirus niet aantstaan. Ik hoop dat dit klopt.

Ok, aangezien je het op verschillende locaties hebt, dan kunnen we het feit dat andere kanalen de broadcast verstoren al uitsluiten + het gaat hier dus ook enkel over de wireless adapter zelf en de wireless service.
Dat beperkt ons tot de volgende eventuele oorzaken:

1) Wirless service die vertraagd gestart wordt en onderbroken wordt doordat er eerst een hele resem andere programma's opstarten + eventueel de Antivirus die probleem kan geven.
2) Er zijn meerdere netwerkadapters ingeschakeld waardoor
3) Verouderd stuurprogramma voor de draadloze netwerkadapter.


We kunnen oorzaak per oorzaak nagaan, dus beginnen we bij 1)

Eerst en vooral, ga na of de Wireless Service is gestart en het opstarttype op automatisch staat.
Om dit na te gaan, ga naar start en typ in het zoekvak: services.msc
Dit opent de servicelijst.
Scroll naar beneden en zoek daar: WLAN Autoconfig
Laat me even weten wat er bij de status en opstarttype staat. Normaal gezien moet de status op "gestart" staan en opstarttype op "Automatisch"

Indien dit correct staat, een volgende stap is om het voorlopig verwijderen/deïnstalleren van je Avast Antivirus, want ik zie dat deze recent geïnstalleerd is en je probleem ook recentelijk is ontstaan. Bepaalde Antvirus kunnen problemen geven met draadloze internetverbindingen. Dit is om deze oorzaak alvast ook uit te sluiten. Uiteraard kan je Avast nadien terug installeren, maar eerst moeten we potentiele oorzaken uitschakelen om zo het probleem te vinden.
Herstart de PC na het deïnstalleren van Avast.

Daarna is de volgende stap om het uitschakelen van overbodige opstarters die het opstarten van het systeem vertragen en zo ook bepaalde services en andere vertraagd gaan uitvoeren of doen crashen.
Om dit te doen, ga naar start en in het zoekveld typ je: msconfig
Je systeemconfiguratie zal openen.
Daar, klik op de tab: "opstarten"
In die lijst zie je een heleboel items die samen met Windows worden opgestart. In jouw geval zijn de meesten hier overbodig. Ik raad enkel alleen aan om je Antivirus te laten opstarten met windows. Al de rest is optioneel. Aangezien je in deze stage je Antivirus al hebt verwijderd kan je alle andere opstarters ook uitschakelen.
Dus, onder het tab opstarten (dus, enkel onder opstarten tab!!), vink alles wat daar in de lijst staat uit (of selecteer: "alles uitschakelen" knop onderaan)
Klik op toepassen en OK.

Herstart daarna je pc en laat me weten of je nog steeds hetzelfde probleem hebt.
Indien wel, dan gaan we verder met stap 2)
Zowiezo zal je pc al een stuk sneller moeten zijn dan, aangezien er een heleboel overbodige processen niet met Windows worden opgestart.

De eerste stap had ik al gecontroleerd en die staat inderdaad op "Automatisch" en de status is gestart.

Avast heb ik verwijderd en ik heb ook alles uitgeschakeld bij de tab "opstarten".
Heb dus ondertussen de computer opnieuw opgestart maar het probleem doet
zich nog altijd voor.

Die mappen heb ik nagekeken, maar daar staat verrassend genoeg, niets in...
Dus veronderstel dat ik deze gewoon mag verwijderen? Zou ook zelf niet goed weten welk programma dit aanmaakt..

Ja, je kan die mappen verwijderen als er niets instaat.

Kan je eens even een nieuw HijackThis log plaatsen? Voer wel HijackThis als adminstrator uit, dus rechtsklikken op C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\HiJackThis\HiJackThis.exe en kiezen om uit te voeren als administrator. zo kan ik zien of het uitschakelen correct was.

Inmiddels kunnen we ook al stap 2 nagaan.
Ga even naar start en typ: ncpa.cpl

Dit zal het venster van je Netwerk connecties moeten weergeven.
Laat me even weten welke je daar staan hebt + welke er allemaal zijn ingeschakeld. Wanneer het in het grijs staat en daaronder uitgeschakeld staat, dan wil dit zeggen dat deze is uitgeschakeld (uiteraard ).

Schakel even alle andere draadloze verbindingen uit behalve de draadloze netwerkverbinding BEP internet, Broadcom 802.11n Network adapter, aanegzien je met deze verbonden bent momenteel.
Wanneer je rechtklikt op die adapters zal je zien dat de optie er is om uit te schakelen.

Alsook, ga naar start en typ opnieuw msconfig
Deze keer, ga naar de tab "services" en zoek volgende in de lijst:

Apple Mobile Device
Bonjour-service
Bluetooth Service
Mobistar Internet Everywhere.

Vink deze ook uit, klik op toepassen en OK.

Herstart daarna de pc.

Laat me weten hoe het daarna is.

Alsook, zijn er toevallig geen andere apparaten in de buurt van je laptop die de connectie kunnen verstoren? Aangezien je eerder aangaf dat het probleem zich voordoet op verschillende plaatsen, had ik deze oorzaak al uitgeschakeld, doch, in geval je altijd je mobiele telefoon bij je hebt, kan dit ook een oorzaak zijn, aangezien deze vaak op dezelfde frequentie zitten als je netwerkhardware en zo connectie kunnen verstoren.
Idem geldt trouwens voor microgolfovens, andere draadloze telefoons, "draadloze home cinema systemen" etc..

Er zijn wel andere apparaten in de buurt, maar voor het probleem zich begon voor te doen, waren deze er ook al.. Maar niet altijd daarom in de directe omgeving.

Heb de stappen die je zei uitgevoerd, maar het probleem blijft...
er wordt ook nog altijd af en toe gezegd dat "windows wireless service" niet is uitgevoerd op deze computer.

Ok, ik wil ook eerst nog even nagaan of er toch geen verborgen malware aanwezig is (doch, denk niet dat dit hier het geval is, maar je weet maar nooit).

Dacht ik al. Wil nog even de status van de Netwerkservices nagaan + de dependencies. Want de foutmelding ("windows wireless service" is niet uitgevoerd) die je krijgt heeft dus effectief te maken met de WLAN Autoconfig service. In jouw geval lijkt het dat deze service toch wordt gestopt (of even gaat hangen) na het opstarten van de PC en daarna terug automatisch wordt opgestart, wat verklaart waarom je connectie daarna wordt hersteld.
Wat de oorzaak daarvan is, is me niet helemaal duidelijk, daarom volgende controle..

Open kladblok en kopieer en plak het volgende vetgedrukte erin:
